JAN ZALUD | Founder & CEO
Jan is the Founder and CEO of FG Brands and is responsible for operational excellence of each brand. Past experiences include investment banking, venture capital and private equity investments across variety of industries and investment strategies where he completed over $150 million in financial advisory and capital raise engagements. Jan has a deep expertise across wellness, retail, and consumer segments. He served as a Board Member, a member of franchise advisory committee, and an advisor to companies founders and CEOs. Jan holds BS in Business Management, MBA with concentration in Finance and is a CAIA charter holder (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst). Jan was a collegiate athlete, playing Division I and II college basketball and currently lives in Atlanta with his wife and two daughters.
TRACI DALSIN | VP of Operations & Real Estate, facial collective & LAB
Traci Dalsin has over 20 years in retail real estate, investment properties, and operations management both as a senior executive in a large international REIT and as president of a regional real estate investment firm. Traci has a strong background in melding investments and operations to achieve positive outcomes and returns for all stakeholders. Traci was also one of the leading multi-unit franchisees of a nail beauty brand which offered innovative membership, healthy, and clean nail care located in Madison, Wisconsin. She has spearheaded the opening and management of our Madison, Wisconsin studio, achieving consistent growth and excellent customer service.
EMILY EBSWORTH | Fractional VP of Studio Sales & Ops, facial collective & LAB
Emily has passion for health and wellness with over 8 years managing and operating in the boutique fitness industry, having managed over 16 studios and previously owning/operating 2 Orangetheory Fitness studios. She has utilized expertise spanning sales, operations, revenue generation, innovative solutions, cost control, client relationship management and pre-sales to successfully execute a profitable recurring revenue, membership-based business model.
ELLIE VARELA | Brand Marketing Lead, facial collective & LAB
Ellie oversees marketing consistency across brands in the FG Brands portfolio. She supports brand development, email campaigns, social planning, and print marketing. Ellie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgia Institute of Technology and has 10+ years of experience working in the fitness and lifestyle space. Her passion for holistic wellness and is at the forefront of her business practices. Outside of the office, you can probably find Ellie lifting weights, sipping coffee, or hiking trails.
CHERYL DACEY | Franchise Development Director, facial collective
Cheryl brings 30+ years of dynamic sales and leadership experience spanning franchise development, wellness, and entrepreneurship to the team. As a proven business builder, she has successfully scaled multiple brands including achieving seven-figure success as a top 1% leader with North America’s #1 premium skincare brand and founding/operating her own hospitality franchise for over 12 years. As CEO and Founder of The Dacey Group, she empowers businesses to unlock their financial potential through strategic optimization. Cheryl holds deep expertise in membership-based business models and understands what it takes to build profitable wellness brands. When she’s not helping entrepreneurs achieve their franchise dreams, Cheryl enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband Sean and their two college-age children.

Brian has been the Chief Executive of ML Healthcare, LLC, a medical management and healthcare funding company, since 2007. Prior to joining ML Healthcare, Brian has been the principal of Freeport Holdings, LLC, a private business development company. Before the formation of Freeport Holdings, Brian was co-founder of Cbeyond, Inc. (Nasdaq: CBEY), an IP based business communications company. Brian held several senior executive positions from 1999 through 2006. During those years, Cbeyond transitioned from a venture-funded start-up into a profitable publicly traded corporation with over $275MM in revenues and over a $1.2B market capitalization.
Stacie Vaillancourt is a strategic advisor with 27+ years of experience helping organizations accelerate growth and scale smarter. She has worked across startups, Fortune 500 companies, and franchise enterprises, aligning business strategy with talent development to drive results. Stacie began her entrepreneurial journey by growing a network of Orangetheory Fitness studios to 15 locations and supporting 40+ others. After a successful exit, she served as COO and CAO of the acquiring company, expanding it to 142 locations and 1,500+ employees across 12 states and the UK.
With a background in healthcare tech at GE Healthcare, Allscripts, and HealthStream, she now partners with executive teams to build leadership, streamline operations, and fuel transformation.
